For my own reference, though perhaps someone else will find it useful too. I have a sore throat (apparently a recurrence of what I had over the November 18 holiday). We celebrated a birthday here over the weekend and drank alcohol, so I think that’s why. I’ll try not to drink anymore after all, since the negative effects outweigh the positive ones.
